Yes, all of our items are genuinely hand signed by the original author. We DO NOT sell copies, prints, or facsimile signatures
Each item is covered by a lifetime guarantee from Signed Collections, Inc. that it is 100% authentic through our COA. Each item was personally checked for quality and signature condition after being autographed. Then, using our strong authentication method, the items are verified. We amaze customers by offering the best in the league at our website and through collaboration with properly vetted partners. The guarantee will be automatically void if the purchased item is altered or damaged.
Without a doubt, Certificates of Authenticity are attractive. For the protection of our brand's authenticity, we provide hologram versions of each item. In some situations, product numbers are also issued to collections, which must match those on certificates. When it's feasible, we occasionally take pictures of each of our signing sessions and integrate them into the certificates of authenticity to support them. We take authenticity extremely serious to the extend of carefully selecting our partners who have products we can't reach in order to ensure we provide customers with genuine products. We Cherish all fans who are interested in our collections so we put them first.
Always keep in mind that the credibility of the organization issuing the Certificate of Authenticity depends on that. While we always work to demonstrate the authenticity of every item we sell, we also think that customers should trust their gut feelings.
Shipping
Local Shipping are same day delivery if orders are made before 12pm of same day. Orders beyond these timing could be delivered next day.
International Shipments:
We aim to ship your products within 2-3 days. However, International - Larger and framed items sent internationally are dispatched using an international courier service - usually DHL or FedEx. International orders for framed items can take up to 15 working days to be delivered during peak times.
Payment
We accept cash, wire transfer and card payments only. We also send you a link to an invoice to make payments if conducive to you as well as payments to our Bank.
Order & Returns
Simply by selecting item (s) you want and place in the cart or buy using the ‘QUICK BUY’ button then fill in required details and pay.
If your orders are yet to be pad for, simply remove them from your cart and select new orders. However, If already paid for, notify us via our email (info@signedcollection.com) as quickly as possible so we can assist with changing orders. Bear in mind that refunds may take 3-7 business days to be refunded by banks when we cancel and initiate refunds on your orders.
